Since 1987, owners Don and Susan Luber have grown Pasta Sonoma into a company that now crafts high-quality pasta for leading retailers, small specialty stores, gift baskets and private label customers. We consistently use only the freshest American-grown wheat, highest grade premium flour, and time-honored Italian production and drying methods.

    HAND CRAFTED: Having pioneered specialty, hand-crafted pastas in all-natural flavors, Pasta Sonoma’s quest for perfecting pasta is an ongoing pursuit and passion. We continue to expand our classical pastas and make innovations with new varieties of flour from heirloom wheat, identity-preserved wheat, consistently using old-world milling processes.

    Our factory is certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union (OU) . Organic products are certified by CCOF and are Non-GMO Project verified.

WHAT'S OUR DEFINITION OF
ARTISAN PASTA?

We carefully craft all of our pastas by hand. Our pastas are conscientiously made in small batches by master pasta makers with years of experience, using the freshest ingredients and paying close attention to every detail during mixing and processing. Slow, low-temperature drying ensures consistency and quality. We package our pastas by hand, shipping within hours of completion. We believe that freshness guarantees quality.
