Spinach & Chive Linguine is Pasta Sonoma’s green long pasta: spinach and chive folded into the dough so the color and a gentle onion-herb note run through every strand.
It is still a durum-and-semolina pasta from Montana hard amber wheat, laminated and dried in small batches in Sonoma County. The flavor is clean, not spinach powder. Pair it with lemon, goat cheese, or a light cream so the green stays the point.
We also use this shape in the long combo pack and in the basil-and-pecorino recipe on the blog. The 4-pack is a first order; the 6-pack is for people who already know they want another bowl.
Best with: lemon, goat cheese, spring vegetables, pecorino. Available in 4-packs and 6-packs.
