The Short Pastas Combo is six bags of the shapes that hold a chunky sauce: two Rigatoni Rigate, two Fusilli Lunghi, and two Semolina Torchiette.
All three are durum-and-semolina pastas from Montana hard amber wheat, extruded and slow-dried in our Rohnert Park shop. No egg in this set: just wheat, water, and the ridges and twists that make baked pasta and pesto worth cooking on a weeknight.
Six bags. It is the combo to send to someone who already owns a favorite long noodle and wants the other half of the pantry.
