The Long & Short Combo is the one-box introduction to Pasta Sonoma: three long cuts and three short cuts, so a first-time customer does not have to guess a shape.
In the box (one of each): Golden Egg Pappardelle, Golden Egg Spaghetti, Spinach & Chive Linguine, Semolina Torchiette, Rigatoni Rigate, and Fusilli Lunghi.
Egg pastas for ragu and olive oil. A green linguine for lemon nights. Short shapes for pesto and baked dishes. All of it small-batch dried pasta from Montana durum and semolina, packed by hand in Sonoma County.
