Header cards with a colorful Sonoma County vineyard image are attached with brass rivets to give our artisan pastas a classic Italian look. All of Pasta Sonoma pastas are made in small batches and dried slowly to give the ultimate in flavor and al dente texture. Our newest shape – Torchiette (little torches), is already a favorite!
