Pasta Sonoma began in 1987 in a small rural town called Mendocino, on the northern California Coast. Starting with the purchase of a small pasta machine, owner and president Don Luber studied the pasta maker’s art with leading experts and chefs in Italy and San Francisco’s Italian-American community. Together with his wife Susan, they built the Pasta Sonoma company into one of America’s leading producers of true artisan pasta.
