PASTA SONOMA IS #SONOMA PROUD!  The California Wildfires have destroyed thousands of homes and many businesses. Many of our employees were evacuated but we’re all safe and back at work making our wonderful pastas. We are proud to be supporting Sonoma Family Meal (, a local organization of chefs who have come together to feed families displaced by the fire.

Pasta Sonoma is proud to make pasta for Oliver’s, our star grocery store and market here in Sonoma County.  We love these classic Italian shapes:  Chitarra (square-edged spaghetti), Fettuccine and Torchiette.  You can find these and the 8 other artisanal pastas we make under “Oliver’s Own” label at any of their 4 stores in Sonoma County. 


Lasagna with Golden Egg Pappardelle and Roasted Butternut Squash

For a spectacular pasta dish that fits beautifully with the holiday season, our friend Ricardo shared his favorite recipe: Lasagna with Roasted Butternut Squash and Pappardelle. Ricardo traditionally makes it with Trader Joe’s Egg Pappardelle and serves it to good friends on special occasions. It’s creative, easy, delicious AND full of good nutrition!
