The exciting moment when the star ingredient arrives: “The Pasta is Here!” Chef Gianni Viceconte had been patiently waiting for the pasta to begin making his recipe for Pasta Sonoma’s Pappardelle. Angela saved the day. We were shooting video at Dora’s Farmhouse near Ostuni, as part our Italian Chef Recipe Series. That’s Mary, Dora’s daughter, assisting. What a fun day! Chef Gianni later assembled and plated up his amazing dish for 15 hungry – and lucky – people!
