Garlic Basil Linguine with Lemon Chicken

10 oz. Pasta Sonoma Garlic Basil Linguine
1/2 lb. or 2 pieces chicken breast, boneless
2 Tbs. flour
3 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1/4 cup chicken stock
3 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbs. Italian parsley, chopped

Serves 3-4

Heat oil in a large sauté pan. Cut chicken in thin strips. Dredge chicken with flour, salt and pepper until pieces are well coated. Sauté chicken in oil over medium-high heat until slightly brown, about 5 minutes. Add sugar snap peas, chicken stock, lemon juice and lemon zest. Simmer 5 additional minutes. Meanwhile, Cook pasta according to cooking instructions. Drain, and toss with lemon chicken. Season to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.
