Who we are
Pasta Sonoma began 25 years ago in a small rural outpost called Mendocino, on the northern California Coast. Starting with the purchase of a small pasta machine, owner and president Don Luber studied the pasta maker's art with leading experts and chefs in San Francisco's Italian-American community and, with his wife Susan, built the company into one of America’s leading producers of true artisan pasta.
